X-Day 2010

Dear Xootic members,
It is time for our annual social event: X-Day 2010! This year we are planning a fun GPS-Tracking group activity in the beautiful area of Valkenswaard. After this activity we will have dinner nearby (most likely a Spanish or Italian buffet). Of course partners and children are very welcome, and the activity is such that it is suitable and will be fun for everyone.
Date:     Saturday, 16th of October
Location: Valkenswaard, details will follow
Preliminary program:
14.30: Meeting at the location with coffee/tea
15.00 – 17.00: GPS Tracking
17.30 – +/- 20.30 : Dinner & drinks
Participating costs are 7.50 euro pp.

Survey Lecture

Dear Xootic members,

We would like to invite you to the presentation of the Xootic Survey Results, in which the results of the bi-annual Xootic Survey will be presented to all Xootics. The presentation will take place on Thursday, July 1 in the filmzaal, De Zwarte Doos, Eindhoven.

Programme of the evening: 
       18:30h        Welcome reception at De Zwarte Doos
       19:00h        Dinner (costs: EUR 10,–) 
       20:30h        Presentation by the Survey Committee 
       22:00h        Drinks

Please reply/send an e-mail to lecture@xootic.nl to subscribe for the dinner and/or the lecture before Tuesday June 29. For the dinner please indicate if you have special wishes (diet/vegetarian).

We hope to see a lot of Xootics again on July 1! We have the filmzaal, so let us take the advantage of it and gather many of us! Let it be a party…
